These few days have been fantastic and I have grown so much closer to the spirit but I have been going a little stir-crazy as I have sat at my desk all day. On Monday I met my MTC companions elder Waite and Elder Prather-Sheridan and we became friends almost immediately which has been great. on Monday I also met my awesome teachers who have taught me a lot over the last couple of days.

So far the days have been full of classes and workshops and studying. On Wednesday night my comps and I had our first lesson with an investigator. We went into the lesson a little worried about the outcome of the lesson but my experience with the local missionaries kicked in and the spirit was felt and led us on how to teach the lesson. After we got our evaluation back we got way better scores than we thought and let us know we are going to be better teachers then we thought. There have been ups and downs yet it has been more than I thought.

Matthew 28:19-20 Jesus commands his disciples to "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world." This scripture has stuck with me this week and made me think on how I want to be a disciple of Christ and teach the nations of the world.
